Alym Amlani dazzles his audiences with his incredible sleight of hand, quick wit, and charm. His close-up magic has already won two prestigious awards from the Vancouver Magic Circle, including 'most inventive magic'.

Alym’s entry into the world of professional magic was pure fate. Alym was demonstrating some magic to his friends during dinner while the owner of the restaurant happened to be in the next table. He was transfixed by Alym's routine and saw the potential in trying this with his guests. The rest is history – Alym has since entertained thousands of guests in hundreds of regular performances at Anducci’s, Boston Pizza, and the Old Admiral Pub and Grill. He also performs for many corporate clients such as the Vancouver Giants, ING Insurance, the West Vancouver Memorial Library, and the City of Port Moody.

On the international stage, he was recently filmed by National Geographic and will be appearing in their TV series Mad Labs, which aired in more than 28 languages and 50 countries worldwide in October 2006!
